Hi mates, tomorrow is Thursday again. What do you think of a Winchester-only hunting in the woods of Lake? As ZaPaTa says “winnie” has a great sound! And Lake has lot of money points, so also when you respawn with only $20.00 you have an opportunity to find $5.00 and buy a Winchester 1866. I think it could be fun.
Every other weapon should be forbidden, knives included. To make things easier, it could be a TDM, so your pardners can protect you until you find some dollars. And since in Terra Nova there is no red cross, we can choose to wear different models, Union soldiers against Indians.

Ior is the slowly donkey, always depressed,etc. 🙂 (in dutch they called him ior don’t know in the other languages.
I liked the games, totally chaos everyone was running jumping without winnies. And one guy with a winnie was hunting on the rest. Very nice game!
But i’am so bad with that winnie 🙂

It was a totally mad game.
We had some problems, in the beginning: I had no “Lake” in my callvote menu, but Jippi had it and he was able to change map. But I couldn’t see your actual model so no chance to say if you were an indian or a Union soldier. Ok, we abandoned TDM and switched to DM.

Overall, fun game, but totally crazy. Not sure if I liked it, but maybe another try… with more experience, in Lake, could give us more fun.

For one time, everybody should play with r_picmip 0 (me included), so nobody gets an “illegal” advantage among the trees.
And I propose also to change your name to something more suitable for the theme, like rabbit, boar, elk, Duffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, …

Love the idea too! I’m in. Only one problem: what if all weapons except winnie are forbidden? If one gets respawned you have no money…so you just walk around then in search of money, like a young rabbit in spring? until A. you get shot or B. you got enough money for a winnie…?
Yes exactly! It’s a new kind of game: being hunted 😀
As I said, if we play a TDM, your team can cover you until you find the money or an abandoned winnie of dead player.
Moreover, when a player has enough money to buy another winnie, he can present the old one to a pardner.
Don’t forget that in Lake there are many small amounts of money along its periphery, there is money on the bottom of the lake, there are big amounts of money in the underground fort, and maybe in the house.
Yeah, you’re right, it’s a TDM…so you got a team covering you up. Strange 😀
